Summer is Coming!

Dear St. James’ Families,
What a beautiful day! Soon the lazy days of summer will be upon us and the school will be gearing up for next year. As we move toward the end of school there are some events that I would like for you to be made aware of.
Tomorrow will be our last Parent Chapel (2’s classes are included in this chapel) and our last Walk in Wednesday for the year will be this week on May 10th. We will experiment to see how our wonderful 2’s classes do at Chapel. It promises to be fun.
I hope that everyone has had the chance to enjoy these opportunities to see what goes on at the Preschool and take part in programs with your children.
Mother’s Day celebrations will be going on in the classrooms from Wednesday this week to Friday. Please ensure that you have received the information from your teachers as to when and where for this event.
Picnics will be held for all classes on Wednesday and Thursday of the following week, May 17th and 18th. The picnics are intended to be a time when families as a class can spend enjoying lunch on the grounds one last time together. Please bring a blanket and a lunch for you and your child. This will be a time when we turn your children over to you so you are able to relish in this special time just for you and them.
The first installment of tuition for next year was due on May 1st. If you are returning to St. James please make every effort to turn this in soon.
I look forward to seeing all of you soon. Thank you for the joy your children bring to us.
Warm regards,
Susan Viers
