Dear St. James Families,

We finished our first full week of school and are seeing the children walk down the hall by themselves to their classrooms and transition well from activity to activity. 

The pep rally on Friday was electric and full of children shouting cheers and dancing to the music. We kicked off the new school year with a very energetic crowd for sure. I am sure the teachers will share pictures with you in Brightwheel. 

This week on Thursday, September 21st, we will celebrate our curriculum and Hispanic Heritage month by having our families partake in a Taco buffet and view our classes’ work this month in learning about Hispanic culture. Please let us know if you are attending through an RSVP.

We also begin Playball this month in the three year old through Kindergarten classes. This is a gross motor building program that uses the foundational skills of all sports to develop and strengthen large muscles in the children.
